If a sexy woman asks to skinny-dip in your pool, she may have ulterior motives… other than cooling off during a heat wave.

Former Mississippi cop Stephen Amaral got duped by a husband-and-wife duo who used nudity as a highly creative – and effective – burglary distraction tactic on June 27. Definitely a step up from saying your car broke down or your pet has gone missing.

The 54-year-old man was just minding his own business at his home in eastern Tennessee, when two of his neighbors came by his place. According to Amaral, the woman asked her husband to pick up her cigarettes at her house, and when he left, she asked Amaral if she could skinny dip in her pool. As any good host would do whilst accommodating an attractive 30-something female, Amaral acquiesced, allowing the woman to strip off her clothes and swim around while he watched, no doubt mesmerized by what he must have thought was his good luck and a sneak peek of his sexy young neighbor.

Meanwhile, as Amaral was busy ogling the woman for 20 minutes, her husband robbed over $1,000 worth of stuff from Amaral’s house, including jewelry, cash, prescription drugs and a handgun (reportedly a service handgun from his days as a Mississippi deputy).

Stephen was none the wiser about the missing goods until the couple left. The suspects have been identified but the police has not made any arrests yet in this creative criminal case. Though I’m sure they all had a really good laugh down at the station.

Amaral was quoted as saying: “I went and got her a towel; she dried off and all of a sudden she was soaking wet again. I escorted her outside and invited her to church, but she said she didn’t have time for that.” Truly, this sounds like the beginning of a really, really bad porn movie.
